Legal Matters Policy

It is my strong preference to not be involved in legal matters (i.e., being called into court to testify regarding your personal life or family situation). I much prefer to focus my time and efforts on counseling and coaching, not becoming involved in legal matters.

If you become involved in legal proceedings that require my participation, even if I am called by another party, be aware that you will be charged at a rate of $500/hour (with a minimum of $2500 paid at least one week in advance) for any work performed by me relating to this legal matter (phone calls, emails, report writing, counseling note matters, photocopies made, driving to court, appearing in court whether I testify or not, etc.).
